How do we deem what is important to us?. For me, importance is found in resilience, education, and the empowerment of the “underdog.” My life restarted in 2018 when I moved to Ireland, and since then, I have been on a mission to create a beautiful life for myself and those around me. This mission is the very foundation of Micahworld.

While the world discusses AI and global pollution, many small business owners are facing a more personal challenge: digital displacement. They are being pushed out of the market square by complex algorithms and expensive agencies. Micahworld was designed to provide support to these small to medium businesses that are in need of digital solutions but feel overwhelmed by the complex procurement of marketing.

My approach to business is rooted in the framework of Sensing, Seizing, and Transformation.

• Sensing: We evaluate the gaps in the market, like the “trust gap” found in sustainability claims.
• Seizing: We create opportunities for small businesses to schedule a 15-minute consultation to review which services benefit them.
• Transformation: We transform intangible services like SEO and PPC into tangible add-to-cart products.

This transformation is not just a business model; it is a social mission. By making marketing tangible, we remove the fear of the unknown. “Jim”, our typical customer, shouldn’t have to worry about how to digitalise his small business, because he doesn’t understand the process. We have built systems to detect missing data and send reminders, ensuring that every “Jim” out there feels supported from the moment they click add to cart.
